Adam has been the Pastor at Encounter Life since December 2016. He is married to Whitney and they have 2 children. Adam also owns Cutshaw’s Classic Barbershop in Manchester.

Elder & Worship Leader
Joel and Cynthia have been a part of ELC since the beginning! They bring their love for Jesus and love for others week in and week out. Whether on the stage or having a cup of coffee, Joel and Cynthia enjoy serving Jesus!
James West,
Elder
James, Mindi and their family were some of the first people to help start ELC. James enjoys playing bass and helping anytime there needs to be an upgrade to audio/visual equipment.
Cynthia Littlefield,
Preschool Coordinator
Cynthia and Joel have been a part of ELC since the beginning! Cynthia is also on the worship team at ELC. During the week, you’ll find her teaching elementary school.
Allen Kittinger,
Youth Leader
Allen and Jessica work with teenagers at Encounter Life. Allen is also a Spanish Teacher at Coffee County Central High. Whether you speak English or Spanish, you’ll enjoy hanging out with the Kittingers.
